We are a school dedicated to studying and teaching the art of self discipline through Tae Kwon Do. We strive to teach kids and adults Life Skills that will help them succeed! We believe that people can become better at anything they want to do by mastering themselves. This principle is called "Ki" (pronounced "Chee" or "Key"). We emphasize personal growth and development. We believe in the importance of Academic success. We teach respect for oneself, one's family and all people. We know that when students learn the value of working to achieve a goal (goal setting), their small successes lead to more and greater successes. This develops self-confidence, which leads to better self-esteem and even more successes!
