With more than four million artifacts and specimens, the CU Museum houses one of the most extensive and respected natural history collections in the Rocky Mountain and Plains regions, making it one of the top university natural science museums in the country.
All of the Museum's exhibitions are designed for children to explore and learn. The Paleontology Hall is a favorite of most children, in part because there are several hands-on objects in the gallery. The Discovery Corner is another hands-on area for young kids to explore with their senses.
